Just wanted to give my experience on this grinder. It worked for a few months, got super hot the last time I used it and now it doesn't turn on. Nothing happens. Quite unfortunate as it was a good grinder at the start.

The collet is way smaller than any standard size and is significantly out of round from the factory. It's radially unbalanced, drilled closer to one side than the other! Literally the worst collet I've ever seen in my entire life. The tool itself is "fine", I like the paddle and rheostat. As lovely as it is to be able to set the speed, it does not seem to hold constant speed. Yo-yo's up and down.

I have been using it for body work on car.does a great job with 2" cutting wheel for cutting out rust area, it does a great job. Very good price.

1/4in chuck diameter is too small for 1/4 bits. Maybe 0.5mm but it's makes the tool useless if I can't put bits in it. No idea how how it works since I can't use it.Photo is fully seated.
