The post came super quick and is perfect with the exception of the holders for the header signs for the top of the don’t line up with the grommets for headers provided from my agency (SOLD, COMING SOON, OPEN HOUSE). It is a little off from the bottom so we had to use a file to make the holders a bit deeper so it would line up.

This post is a good combination or sturdy, light and easy to install. It comes in a high-gloss white PVC plastic. The metal stake is good enough for holding the post upright, even in weather.One thing I've learned: Using a long, concrete drill bit and a drill to "dig" the hole for the stake is much easier than trying to pound it into the ground here in Arizona.
