ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.69 is a low-cost, high-performance MCU board designed by Waveshare, tiny size, with onboard 1.69inch LCD display, Lithium ba tte-ry recharge manager, 6-axis sensor (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope), RTC, and so on, which makes it easy for you to develop and integrate it into products quickly.

I loved the product until I found an issue preventing it from being powered by the battery. However, when I posted a comment to the seller 6 weeks later, they immediately worked with me to resolve it. There was actually no issue with the board at all, it was an issue in my arduino code. I will definitely buy more products like this, from this vendor.As an avid engineer working with programmable controllers for years, I can tell you this item is awesome !

These displays have bright crisp screens and a fast ESP32 with an inertial sensor, battery management and an RTC. At the moment, this one is employed as a portable WiFi spectrum analyzer, one of the examples provided in the Waveshare Wiki. The resolution is amazing. As with all Waveshare displays, you have to jump in your Way-Back time machine and set your libraries to the exact date and time the examples were written to make the drivers function, but small price to pay for the image quality sophistication at this price point.

Perfecto para hacer pequeños proyectos, en mi caso de domótica. Todavía estoy probando funcionalidades y la mejor forma de tener una alimentación independiente, pero todo correcto por ahora.

So this is a nice little LCD display integrated directly onto an ESP32-S3 development board made by Espressif. The only things you will be missing are a case, and a battery, which you have a header for an RTS battery already available, ready to be plugged in.So to program it, you will need to download the ESP-IDF for VSCode (or whatever IDE you want to use). On their website, Espressif as great guide for this and a development kit available.Fun little board, enjoy!

This tiny development board packs a lot of punch. With the touch screen, accelerometer, gyro, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, there are so many project options for this board. The screen is nice, bright, and surprisingly clear. I’m still an electronics newbie, so I’ll have a lot of learning to do, but I’m going to try to use this to make a mini TV.
