this brand is decent compared to others, seen them at Canadian tires. replacing few of my old ones from 3 yrs ago, i guess this time i over torqued with my impact wrench causing the cap to come off.

I bought these for my 2015 Mazda 3 in January for my winter wheels. They look great and have held up so far. I noticed some other reviewers mentioning some of the lug nut tops popping off when taking them off or putting them on but I have not had them happen to me so far. I will give an update after this winter season but so far so good!

Great price for lug nuts and they fit well, found the cap broke off of one of them after the second tire change (summer to winters tires) exposing the lug to the elements, but not sure if it was the mechanic with the air gun or not.Not too expensive to replace compared to some of the other lug nut prices out there.Overall, good product for a reasonable price.

Perfect fit, only downfall with this is that the pain is pretty thin and when tightening up it will peel at the point of pressure from the socket.

Paint is wearing a bit on the edge, but I'm just using a standard tire wrench and not really trying to be extra careful on not damaging the paint.

These fit my car perfectly. They were tightened by hand first and then with pneumatic impact wrench, and then torqued to correct spec. I was nervous that the black coating with scratch off completely by the socket, but that wasn't the case, even with the impact wrench. Though, there were some scruff marks. Might be better off without the impact wrench. The acorn style looks good too. Will definitely get these again for future cars. I hope the quality continues to be decent.Update 2023: these have been in use for a full year and tires changed out twice. They still look great. Threads aren't stripped. Some reviews have mentioned the top coming off but mine are still present; sucks that they might had gotten the bad batch. The price has increased a lot, by 54%. Not sure if I'd get them again because of that.

Unlike other reviewers my set was all consistent colour and seemingly well made.They _are_ two pieces, the nut and the dome aren't physically forged from one chunk of metal, but unless your hub studs are way too long or you're an absolute gorilla with the socket I'm not sure how you'd get them to break apart - there's really no forces acting to sheer the dome off in normal use or install.Same too with the edges chipping - I don't doubt that my set will eventually get nicked, that's the nature of anything that is a colour other than the underlying metal itself - but my first install with a regular socket and regular torque wrench (not impact gun) left them unmarred so I hope and pray that I can keep them that way for some time. My biggest fear is my mechanic being sloppy, but c'est la vie.All in all, these were the best deal of all the auto parts stores AND happened to come in black which is cool / more matching for me, so I'm happy all around.

So here's an honest mechanics review!There lug nuts! There glossy and black, apear to be a 1 piece design, so possibly upgraded from previous reviews. Having said this, be mindful that glossy black anything is gonna scratch. Put each nut on by hand one at a time. Torque by hand with a good quality snug fitting socket. There not ment to be put on with a 500 ft/lbs impact gun like your in the Nascar Pitstop. There far superior value to any big box store anywhere. Be sure to check your torque after approx 100km. Ignore all other reviews, they have no idea how to change a tire, let alone review about their nuts!
