The screen doesn’t respond to touch very well. The quality of the picture on the screen is great. Must be plugged in at all times to use and it is a short chord. The app stopped pulling the photos from my phones album after a few hundred pictures were downloaded. Overall it is good quality for the price.

This frame is amazing and easy to set up! I originally bought it as a present for a relative but it was so good we bought it for more friends and family as well as ourselves! Friends and family can download the app and enter your frame's friend code to upload photos directly to frames via WiFi. It’s been a fantastic was to connect with family members who live far away. The picture quality and aesthetic are very visually pleasing as well. Highly recommended.

Love this photo frame. Purchased as a gift. Easy to use. Can send photos through the app right to the frame. We have family all over, so it’s nice they can all share photos to the frame. Worth the money.

I absolutely love this 10-inch digital picture frame! Over the years, I’ve purchased several for different family members, and it has brought so much joy to everyone. Sharing photos is such a fun and effortless way to stay connected, especially since our family is spread across different states. One of the best features is the notification on the frame letting them know new pictures have arrived—it’s like a little surprise waiting for them when they get home!Setup is very straightforward and takes less than five minutes if you’re comfortable with technology. The Frameo app is simple to use, and I can send photos to up to five frames across the country at the same time. My daughter originally gave me this as a Christmas gift a few years ago, and it’s easily become one of my all-time favorite gifts. Highly recommend for anyone looking to share memories in a meaningful way!

We bought this as a gift for our parents. It worked great for the first 5 months. After that it stopped connecting to the wifi. I contacted the seller and received one troubleshooting tip that didn't work. Once I advised it didn't work they never responded to me. I contacted Amazon and they at first said I could get a refund and then it never came. After another attempt they said I was miss informed and had to deal with the sell. With another attempt to contact the seller now pending another answer. We will see if they respond.....

I bought this for my mom and shared the code with the entire family to send pictures. It is so easy. She loves it as each day she wakes up to new pictures of her family. This is a fantastic gift for someone who has family all over the place. The Frameo app is really easy to use. Definitely the gift of the year!

revised review 5/27/22The only downside and is you cannot generate a code remotely as I previously thought. I was able to do that the 1st couple days but now that I am back home I cannot generate a code to sharewith family. It is not a complicated process but it is too complicated for my grandmother and those helpers in the home she lives in. If you have someone that can keep everyone updated on the code this is great if not don't get this.This is hands down best money I've spent on a gift EVER!BUY THIS PRODUCT!To love this frane, simplicity has to be a key desire. My 90 yr old grandma has arthritis, technology is not her friend, lives in a group home and can't call her family regularly.I had it set up and photos on it in less than 5 minutes. NO messing with downloads, she literally has to do NOTHING to see photos sent to her.They automatically load to her slideshow, including 10 sec videos, and she can swipe left or right to view them OOOOR if she does nothing they flow on their own!You need a code to become a friend and send pics to it.I was afraid this was going to be an issue as that is because her ability to accomplish BUUUUUT when you set it up, whomever is going to be the one most likely to be reached out to by family for a code, give them the ability to share the code and then the owner of the frame (in our case my grandma) doesn't have to do any of it!You can personalize a few things and we did that fit get but if your gift is for someone that works live this and can also operate a smart phone then they can react to photos, read captions, see who has sent which photos, delete unwanted or duplicate photos.No additional cost to having this frame. All my cousins my aunt's my Uncle's all of her children and grandchildren anybody that loves her can literally just send her pictures and they pop up for her to see and enjoy that is what We wanted and all she needs thank you for making an incredible product.If the person you're thinking about getting this frame for is a technology buff and loves all kinds of extras perhaps this isn't it go for a more expensive brand but if you're truly looking for the most basic digital frame to improve the quality of someone's wife without causing aggravation or stress around technology this is it.
