Comes in complete packaging. Everything is included to help you get setup. Although it's a very manual process as described. However, if you've ever configured routers it should be relatively straight forward. There is no downloads or apps to install, everything is done through the web interface just how you would setup a router. So, overall it's works (if configured properly) but the manual is very limited. Once I figured out it was basically wireless router, I used it as an extender by bridging my initial connection so that my devices are on the same network. Then, on my mac searched for the computer and it found it and setup is completed.TLDR;overkill for a print serverextended features such as bridging is supported but not described in manualTBH, the UI is not intuitive as compared to a typical router interface

Within 1.5hr (including time for a coffee) of it being dropped off, I had my HP Laserjet on the network and printing from several PCs. I would note that for a novice network person, it may be a bit more challenging to get up and running.

Although this device works really well, it can be difficult to configure. The instructions provided in the box are a little different than those which can be downloaded.I spent a few days trying to figure out the nuances of how the interface works and what the device needs to be able to configure it as desired. Overall, it works very well and the quirks are only apparent to experienced users who seek to understand the specifics of the device and how to configure it.If you want to connect to an existing Wifi...simply:1) Connect to it using the LAN port, then in the left sidebar menu, Click on 'Basic Network - Wireless Networks'2) Click on the 'SCAN' option next to the '802.11gbn Wireless' RADIO3) Follow the prompts, enter your network passkey, leave the 'wwan' as is, and keep going4) If all works well, click on sidebar 'System - Overview' and you should see a network address (i.e. 192.168.1.123). If not, go back to 'Basic Network - Wireless Network', and below the '802.11bgn Wireless' radio, you should see your network SSID. Click the 'Enable' button next to it, wait 30 sec, then go back to 'System - Overview'. If you only see a 'Disable' button the network is on and you should be getting an IP address.5) Once you have a network connection, go to 'Advance Networks - Print' and you should see your device with a 'wwan: https://......etc', and a table below it showing the port number (9100 or 9101) with a check mark if your printer is connected and turned on.6) After than, configure your printer drivers on your computer as the instructions indicate.

Working good for both windows laptop and MacBook. The setup is difficult. Need to read and follow the manual very carefully.

The unit has solid build and have multiple features, pretty capable comparing to other print servers out there. You can choose to use wired or wireless and it has multiple ways to connect. To use both USB ports for printers, one has to be configured to use port 9100 and the others to use 9101, so will be a bit technical for general users. But once you get it working it is pretty set and forget.

I had one printer and a StarTech print server. I added a printer to my network and I was going to buy another. I came across this 2 PORT print server and decided that this would be an ideal alternative. Once installed it WORKS GREAT!!! The installation was a bit tricky but if you follow the instruction manual it isn't too bad. I had trouble connecting to my existing network. I couldn't figure out why it would not connect so I did a HARD RESET (push and hold the small black button on the front) and once reset it connected instantly. Once connected the installation took minutes and I was up and running. It's awesome having one device that serves two printers. If you have two non-wireless printers, GET THIS. You will not be disappointed. Great value for $

Followed all the instructions in the manual and managed to connect to it but the final step of connecting to the printer did not work. So I decided to start over again. But I could not connect to it by cable to program it again. I reset the device multiple times but it did not work.I reached out their support on whatsapp and tried everything they ask, still no luck. I am an IT nerd. This device is just not ready for consumer use. It has some serious logic issues in its code. Buy something else.

Could not setup. Conducted 3 factory reset to no avail. Was easier to access using Windows 11 PC but unable to get it going. No luck with Linux OS
