They are fuses, I needed them for the transformer I use in my truck and the local hardware store didn't have any. I was surprised at first that there is a capacitor inside the fuse instead of a wire but it seems to work fine.

Used these in my inverter and they were better quality than what was originally in the inverter. Some fuses fall apart due to poor craftsmanship, however, this is not the case with these.
