It is really hard to tell from pictures if it will fit your printed circuit board... mine did not even though it is laid out the same way (Mazda 5 2006). SO I had to use that part of the fob over. Lucky that was not the broken part. It would be nice if the new key was not in place and was machined the same as the original key. I had to modify my key to fit. The pin chip is not at all easy to remove from the old case and I ended up using that old case part but at least the other half fit together with it. So in the end I used two parts from the whole thing, the rotating key grip which was broken and would no long hold the key and the case part that holds to two end together. As it happens those were the two parts that were broken. After assembling I found I had to carve some of the plastic away so that the key would flip out and not stick. So I am happy I have a working key but less happy with the extra work i had to go through to get there. Should you buy it? If you need the parts... it is better than the $500 the dealer will want to charge you.

loved it was pretty straightforward on how to get it to work if you have already taken the fob apart before there are videos on it don't forget the little black chip that is in plastic so you can start your car also make sure to wind the spring clock-wise or counter clock wise to get tension so the key will flip, I used my old key and flips some times but other times it gets stuck as the plastic needs to wear in.

For the price you can't go wrong. Look closely at the pictures and make sure your old battery settings are the same.

Product it self works as intended does what it says it does! Plastic is a bit cheaper feeling than OEM. Please please do not forget to move your immobilizer chip from the key holder! I read a comment here about it as well. And I found it very useful, but the commentor did not point to where the immobilizer chip was, here it is!

I’ve been using this for more than a year now, all the remote control buttons are not working. BTW, I have a brand new battery installed. I just use it as a cover. Wast of my money.

It work but it made of very cheap plastic. Your original keys won’t fit directly but if you redrill and sand it it will. Plus the immobiliser is glue on the oem keys good luck taking it off. May be good for remplacing part of your keys but its not a spaire key.
