The X Tool M1 10w laser cutter, engraver, and blade cutter has surpassed my expectations, providing clear, crisp engraving, intuitive software, and seamless assembly of the AirAssist, which was included as a complimentary gift. The device operates relatively quietly, with a subtle hum that is barely noticeable in my art studio. I purchased this for my wife who is a seamstress and memory maker, I purchased this machine to enhance the memory bears with engraved hearts and create custom wooden bear joints. I am thoroughly enjoying this machine, as it has opened up endless creative possibilities. The laser's power is more than sufficient for my needs, and the integrated camera enables me to create generic designs and add custom details at a later stage, saving me significant time and effort compared to embroidery. This device has proven to be a huge time-saver, allowing me to upscale my work efficiently and effectively.

El precio es elevado para el tamaño y potencia del láser. pero tiene factores de seguridad y comodidad,1. Parado de emergencia, (si se incendia el material solo levantas la tapa e inmediatamente se detiene).2.Su caja, el que venga con su espacio cerrado y un ducto de salida para más seguridad (aun así hay mucho olor, para que lo tomen en cuenta).3.Facilidad del software, super amigable y fácil de manejar.4. Viene listo para empezar a trabajar, prácticamente enchufas y ta-dah!5. un plus que ademas pueda ser usado como plotter de corte con las navajas.

I finally got around to buying a Xtool. I choose the M1 hybrid as it meets my needs. Really wish I brought one sooner, I love it. I've been using it for 3 days now and it's been a blast. Set up was easy virtually nothing to do really except attach the exhaust pipe on. The software installation and setup was easy. Software is easy to use, similar to that of cricut.Only negative thing would be. I wish the working area was bigger and maybe a little more power.

This machine has really brought a new level of crafting into my life. I provide daycare to young children in my home. I have been able to produce personalized crafts, gifts for children to give their parents and even gifts I can provide to the families. I have made Christmas ornaments, stocking labels, and gifts to family and friends from stickers to engraved journal covers. I put together fish extender gifts for a cruise including acrylic earrings, magnets, keychains, and cup labels. I created clothing to wear including decorating shirts with vinyl and hat patches to iron on. I even etched into a meaningful rock I found a peaceful statement of remembrance. I appreciate that I can use laser, blade cut, or even attachments that allow me to do even more such as personalize coffee tumblers. I was intimidated to use it at first. However, once I dove in I have found it to be incredibly easy to use and I don't know how I did without it before. When I have questions or concerns their tech support has been very kind and helpful. I am definitely happy with this product.

M1 is a great machine, unique quality is that it can cut with a blade as well laser engraving. Overall a great machine, I use it to engrave gifts for my clients. Good investment, very happy overall

The M1 is very easy to use, even for beginners. I have a business and have found it a great addition to my equipment. I also have the P2 which I'm very happy with as well. Very well-made & versatile. They also have amazing customer service.

This machine has great potential but it does not come with any guide except a sheet of instructions for what comes in the sample pack. We have to watch utube videos to find out anything about using it. There are no instructions for even the user interface can be frustrating. Also it does not always perform the best in the preset settings. It has a huge learning curve but when you figure out the settings it does beautiful work
