I ordered a 4" hole saw with this purchase and when bot items arrived the hole saw was able to fall through the hole. The actual hole size needed is "4-3/16" Guess what is hard to find in that size a "hole saw." Since I am using this for a laundry room to pass my EV cable through it, guess its going to work fine. Also, I am going to make a notch in the lid so I can close it once I have the cable through it. Dont need a 4" exposed hole in the wall. :-)

The covers are larger than expected but with a little modification they will fit perfectly in place.

i liked the product but the one i dont like was the ad. its says 2 packs of cover. but they gave only one.

The listing very clearly states this is a 2 pack, quantity 2. The packaging also says 2. There is only ONE in the package. Very nice covers otherwise, would have been 5 stars. Beware.

It gave us the option to have a lid in a water tank that had none in it. It works good (inside a trailer), though if you tight it down hard, it can take some force to open it, though you always can take a small piece of wood and hammer it a little unscrewing it, till gets easier with your hand. For this price we doubt you can get a better lid.

Hole size required is 4.5” not 4” as described. Worked well once I got hole opening large enough.
