Using Method:
1. For first use, gently grooming your pet’s hair, do not apply a lot of pressure.
2. Carding Order - Along the direction of fur growth, brush your pet's fur from neck to shoulder, and then to chest, waist,abdomen,abdomen,rear quarters, and then to the head, the last are legs and tail.
3. Carding Skill - Along the direction of fur growth, gently move your brush. Especially for some long fur pets, you need to brush layered fur.

This makes a big difference in gently brushing out my Shichon's thick fur and getting all the tangles out. He actually seemed to enjoy being brushed w/ this slicker. Other brushes he hated. He even let me brush his face hair without trying to escape. Highly recommend especially if you have a pup who isn't typically fond of being brushed. I used the Mane 'n Tail Detangler spray before brushing his coat which helps the brush slide through the fur with ease.

Brush works great. Pins are sturdy and gets the under coat. Only issue I have is removing all the undercoat caught in between the pins.

I’ve tried several combs and didn’t know a dog brush could pull out so much fur. My husky and weiner dog adore it for some reason and I can’t believe the volume of husky hair it collects. 10/10!!!!

bought this for my plushies and my cats and it had a strong dog smell. in the end i just put it in a bowl of water with a lot of dishsoap and a tiny bit of shampoo for 30 minutes to get rid of the smell. overall very quality brush that gets tangles out of plushies easy and helps cats with shedding, but if you may need to soak the brush first in order to remove the dog smell if you arent using it on a dog

So happy I bought this. Traps hair as I brush so it doesn’t create a huge mess like other brushes, and also doesn’t damage her hair or create tufts. Just ordered a second one to keep around the house.

I’ve owned Newfoundlands for over 30 years and I’ve purchased many grooming tools, especially slicker brushes. This brush is amazing! It’s big enough to take out a lot of undercoat on our Newfs and gentle enough for our Clumbers and the handle is extremely comfortable! I’d buy this again and recommend it wholeheartedly!!

metal , silicone handle firs well,non slip & the head& bristles are nice , pliable , nubbed wire which works great on fine undercoat & makes puppy smile .
