Main belt has hooks & loops on both ends to be waist adjusted disassemble.You need only loosen the loops tabs on the inside of the belt, put them back through the buckle, then remold it to the buckle.

The stitching has began to pop and fray, the Velcro is a cheaper material and will lose its contact grip. One of the prongs broke on the buckle. Belt is not to be taken seriously, not made for reliability, workmanship and material are a little more than costume cosplay use. Not stand up gear.

It’s not true to size and it didn’t come with the inner belt. Had to take time to return it.
