If you're not watchful of your tank this defective heater could end up killing all of your fish. This heater has ONE job only- keep the tank warm. I've purchased this heater 3x and ALL 3X it's stopped working within a few weeks. I've lost fish because this company sells defective heaters. 🖕🤬

Let me explain, it works great as a aquarium heater, but when you set it at 82f, your water is heated at 70f. So don’t trust the dial on that thing.

The picture and description state that these heaters come with covers. The covers did NOT come with them. I had to purchase them separately. This resulted in a higher cost than if I had purchased another heater that does come with the covers. False advertisement. I will not purchase these again.
