Literally just bought this and when I opened the package I saw that the seal was cracked open and decayed like it has been sitting on the shelf for years. I went to return but it says it’s not eligible?? Terrible! definitely don’t trust it to give to my tortoise

The tub arrived with the lid taped on. I removed the tape and unscrewed the lid to find the seal already pulled up and damaged. Looks as if it has had heat damage possibly? The foil on the inside is separated and discoloured. The best before date is so worn off I can’t read it. I don’t feel comfortable giving this to my pet.

I purchased this a few months ago and to my surprise when I went to find the expiration date, it was hidden by a label, I lifted the label to find it was out of date!!! Not just recently either! By years!!! They tried to hide the fact it was out of date by putting the label on top of it! This could have injured my animal! There should have been an option to select no stars! Will be sending back.

When it comes to my gecko Zoo Med is a brand I trust. Calcium is such an important nutrient for your reptiles and with Zoo Med you can at least know you're providing them with a high quality source.Lasts forever as well. I use it to dust crickets, mealworms, silkworms and sometimes waxworms as a treat.I bought 2 versions of this product. One with Vitamin D and one without. Both are pure quality.
