KeylessCanada © 2 brand new ID44 E46 remote key fob. This remote should work and function just like the original key that came with your vehicle.
Programming instructions:
- programming instruction included for remote portion. however, you need to have one working key to preform DIY programming. the key needs to be cut and program at certified locksmith.
- Please make sure that your original has the same button combination. Also, the part number on your remote must be the same. In addition, the blade on your existing key should not have notches.
- Your vehicle must be equipped with keyless entry, otherwise this remote will not work.

Replacement keys. You will need to get cut and program for your car. Not difficult to do with the right equipment. Cheaper than dealer replacements

Even tho the ad says you can program it yourself, you can only do half the program which is the keyless door locks. To actually have it start the car you need a locksmith to program the new keys to the computer. Misleading! Already had keys key that cost me money and now if I return them am out that $50 !!

I ordered these blank keys for my 2003 BMW 525i, which the product page AND the model search bar both claimed were the correct ones for my car. They are not, however, even remotely compatible with my car. I've visited 3 different locksmiths, and not only are these keys incompatible with my car, my existing BMW key is apparently "un-cloneable" because the BMW factory needs to do the programming to make it useable in the ignition. And now that it's outside of the 60-day return window, I'm SOL for returning them!

Had them cut and programmed and the work as intended. Had trouble finding someone to cut the keys and the programmer I got had software issues but after all was settled the key works great!!

Easy to program to open and lock doors & trunk...But it costs about $150 for outsife specialist to program to start the car.
