While installing this column shaft, one of the set screws near the steering gear box stripped out. I also had to shorten another set screw on the same joint because it hit the frame while turning the wheel. I inspect this column after longer than normal road trips because I am happy with the quality of this shaft.

This steering shaft will come loose and pop off. Almost caused my guys to total the truck. STAY AWAY. the jam screws are a terrible design and this company should be sued for creating this product.

U joints went in both sides after a few months and seller wouldn’t do anything for me, when it states a 12 warranty

I have less than 1000 miles on them and the drag link already has play at the crossover connecting tie rod end..... no grease fittings, and seems like they are dry alreadyDefinitely a complete waste of my money and no way to contact seller to see what they can do for me.....

Product fits well and is a score for the price. Only issue I have is the mounting system isn’t great for a steering shaft. It uses set screws to hold shaft to the steering shaft splines and stocks. Only issue with that is if these set screws loosen off the shaft will fall off…. Which could be pretty bad obviously. I am going to drill some down holes/ notches in my shaft stocks so the set screws sit in them and are less likely to loosen off and dislodge. Other than that tho you can’t beat the price and it appears to be a decent product for 1/6 the price of a new shaft.

Even though this part said it fit my 06 ram, it didn't. There are 2 different types of gearboxes i guess. One with splines all the way around and one with a one sided flat circle. So after ruining the box, i cant send it back. Should of bought from AutoZone
