I have no issues with it and I use the one on my laptop. I so far have no uses for the other four or however many are left but I really do like the privacy.

Bulky and not needed, can be dangerous to your macbook screen. Item does not allow the lid to close properly, would not recommend at all.

They are tiny, and thin, but the opening is still plenty wide enough to not block my iMac (27" 2012) lens.The sliding cover is 'low friction'/easy to move, so no force is needed to close the lens off, meaning the adhesive is not stressed. I have mine on a desktop machine, so there's no other movement, vibration, rubbing or anything to wear on this piece or degrade the adhesion, but i don't know how this would last on a laptop or other mobile device.Works well, but it's not a very high grade of plastic. It's black and sorta hides against my screen's black bezel, but it's not a 'match' in any sense for the glossy/glass bezel. It's there to see if you look for it, but still unobtrusive enough to blend in for the most part.

I am very happy with these ittle camera covers. I've had them for over a month now and they are working fine. They are easy to install and are easy to slide back and forth to cover the camera. Actually, I had a zoom meeting with an insurance representative and I used this little camera cover to cover the camera and it worked perfectly. Nothing but total black on my side, they could not see me at all nor any light leakage. I could definitely recommend these for someone with a laptop.

I purchased this product so that I could get a few webcam covers for my personal devices as well as my work laptop. To install, all you have to do is peel off the tape on the back and stick it on the screen of your laptop - very simple and easy. I would suggest wiping down the area around the camera with an alcohol wipe to remove any dust that would prevent the product from fully sticking. The webcam cover itself works great. It's easy to slide the cover on and off. I was worried about it sticking but so far, so good. It's very smooth and does its job. Highly recommend.

These work great for desktop or laptop computers. I made sure to clean the surface with rubbing alcohol first. Adhesive seems to be working well. So far, so good. This is made of a cheap, thin plastic, so I probably wouldn't recommend it for a phone as I could see it easily falling off, although I am not using it for that purpose. Otherwise, it works great on my computer.

You've probably read horror stories about various creeps finding ways to hack webcams to get unauthorized views inside homes. With both of our girls having to zoom their classes for COVID this year, one used a laptop in her room so they both wouldn't be talking over each other. Before the laptop went in, this camera cover went on.I explained the importance of always covering the camera between classes and anytime she left the computer to preserve her privacy. She has been diligent with this and developed a good habit that will serve her well.It was easy to apply, easily fits with the laptop closed and easy to slide, but firm enough to keep from rattling open while the laptop is mobile. I even got a couple extra for friends.The price is well worth the peace of mind.
