Works great. Only complain is I wish there was a locking ring or something to keep the two halves getting separated if you pull to far.

The product is great at extending the range of our central vacuum- Doesn't produce the suction pressure- after a few months of use products seems to bee well made- Good for the price, you won't be disappointed
