Avoid the cost of paying a hydraulic specialist to come out and fix your equipment. With these and a couple of pressure gages, you can actually diagnose problems yourself. Nice assortment that covers a good range of commonly encountered sizes. All the adaptors look to be well made and properly machined. I tested 2 sizes on my crane and they fit correctly with no leaks.LEARN A NEW SKILL! Hydraulics diagnosis and repair really isn't all that complicated if you are generally, mechanically inclined anyhow. Add a couple of hydraulic gages and a VOM meter to a reasonably priced set of hydraulic line taps like this and you will be well on your way to doing all your own work. After doing some repairs of my own, piecing some tools like this together I saw this set come up on VINE. I should have sprung for a whole set sooner. Would have made the repairs I have done so far a lot quicker. That and a whole internet full of YouTube advice and Forum sites where guys will share their skills so you can learn and make the repairs. Good people to repair things are getting harder and harder to find. Waiting lists and guys that just never show up cost YOU time and money. Learn that new skill fellas!

We added a hydraulic thumb to one of our machines and needed to verify the relief pressure. This helped dial everything in without needing to cobble together a bunch of loose fittings from the service truck. Everything is nice an neat in its case with a happy place to live till the next time it's used.

Hydraulic hoses come in all shapes and sizes and it's a real time saver to have them all available in this one kit. When you have problems in the field and need to verify pressure, it's very easy to hook one of these up with a pressure gauge and troubleshoot. There's been many times where I've had to dig through and make parts to hook up to a gauge. This has all the standard sizes and it comes for a reasonable price. Get yourself a reliable gauge and you'll be set.

The test fittings work well. But the case does not hold them in place when you open it. Open the case and half of them fall out of place. If you can live with that they appear to be good parts and the few I have used worked great. Caps are printed with the size one them, but small and hard to read.
