In this case, what you see is what you get!Just know that they shipped with a very think film on them. The film isn't that obvious. When I first opened the package, I was a bit angry that the product would look so dull and almost cracked in places. Then I thought about it for a second, and after a few moments of effort, removed the protective film, and BAM - brand-new looking, clean, clear, no-nonsense sign!

packaged with protective film...holes are predrilled...it looks official and not too standoffish with the fences house and lamp posts...easy to read...I was very impressed with it...I did not want people especially friendsand delivery people to stay away but others to notice it...I am happy with it
