These are a bit too large for my MIM telecaster neck slot. They stick out a bit on both sides. I wish I checked it before installing as I could have just cut it down to size. Also, it's hard to know which size you need. Would be great if there was an instructions sheet of some sort.

Man kann einer Strat oder Tele den Halswinkel korrigieren. Diese Shims sind etwas größer als benötigt und man kann sie mit Teppichmesser und Schleifleinen genau auf das gewünschte Maß bringen. Die vorgebohrten Löcher sind korrekt platziert. Verglichen mit den teuren Originalen von SteMac sind diese Teile ein echtes Schnäppchen, den die Produktqualität ist völlig okay!

The holes are correct, but punched off Center. Not a big deal just cut with utility knife.

Product was as advertised. .25 one worked best for me. Try all 3 and observe before screwing the back plate into place is my advice.

I just got a Fender Jim Root Jazzmaster after lowering the saddles almost all the way and a truss rod adjustment, the action was still high around the 12th fret. That's when I learned about neck angle and how to fix it. Some research led me to wooden neck shims, and in an effort to save money by buying from Stewmac, I tried these. Install was a breeze. For my particular guitar, I had to drill out a small hole for one of the offset neck screws, and the edge on one side needed a bit of sanding to fit right. Once I installed the one I needed, I tightened up the guitar, retuned, and...The action is perfect! I must have lucked out because there wasn't a single adjustment needed after inserting the shim, as I had raised the saddles to the preferred height before inserting the shim. Awesome product for sure. Would recommend to anyone looking to save a bit on real wooden shims.

Des petits coins en bois, bien, néanmoins ils sont ultra fin, ne compensera pas d'épaisseur si besoin, seulement un léger angle. Mais ça fait le taf, découpe OK sur une Chinese ST. Bien que finalement j'ai retravaille directement la defonce sur le corps. Ça servira sur une autre...
