I used this to swap to PCB and key from my old remote (that was falling apart) into this one. The swap was very easy to do (if you have any experience with key fobs at all, this one is super simple) and works perfectly. I was actually really surprised at how tight the buttons and spring feel. They really feel very close to the OEM fob back when it was new. Absolutely no complaints!

My original key fobs unlock button broke. I bought this. Got the key cut, and programmed myself with simple instructions that was included. Very easy. But a week later I couldnt use the remote. Wouldn't lock, unlock, trunk, panic nothing. Seems battery may be dead?? Hoping so as i jus bought the key, paid to have it cut, dont wanna have to do it again.

There was absolutely no instructions as to how to activate the fob. Or where the key portion could be cut. Useless without this information

It advertises as for GMC Terrain, but in fact it is an aftermarket fob, which gmc dealership says won’t be programable!!
