Great glove for added layer of protection however does not last. I have only wore it for a couple months and already the seems ripped but the wrist band and one of the finger paddings fell out. I only play a couple times as week and for the cost of it I would have hoped to at least get a season out of it.

This is just what is advertised. A palm guarding inner glove. Unfortunately it does not provide any padding for the base of the fingers only the middle of the palm. My daughter catches competitively for 14U house/travel and this glove made it harder for her to hold onto pitches without providing padding where she needed it. She can wear it for hitting so we chose to keep it

My 14-year-old uses if for hit duties as a catcher. He likes the glove. He says it serves the purpose. He says it is a quality product that helps reduce the sting.

There is some padding.I was expecting better for the price.Hard to find item online.Specialty baseball shops are probably a better place to buy

He has a wild pitcher that throws over 90 but in the dirt a ton. The pad on the thumb has saved him. This makes his third glove over the years. This brand is his favorite with a little more protection. Would recommend this to any catcher.
