This jacket is much better quality than I was expecting. I purchased this for my trip to Japan last year and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, lightness, and warmth of this jacket. Although it feels lightweight, it kept me warm through my entire trip and plan travel. I love the fact that it has an inner insert that is similar to a thermal shirt, and has openings for the thumbs to go in. This jacket also gives the option to close by velcro or by zipper, which I found super handy when I was in a hurry. I definitely recommend this jacket.

I bought this to go skiing in Utah and it was great. Kept me warm and dry the whole time I only wore a fleece base layer shirt underneath. All of the pockets were perfect to keep everything on me!
