I had reviewed several interchange/multi-layer coats, most were very expensive brands. I saw the raving reviews about this coat and decided to try it. I ordered a medium based on measurements and reviews and it fit perfectly, even over other warmer layers. I specifically was looking for a waterproof/windproof multi-purpose coat for the many activities I had planned for my trip to Iceland. This coat definitely held up in rain, and in extreme windy and cold weather. It did feel slightly damp after getting pretty wet, but I never got wet while wearing it, and it dried quickly. I was able to wear the coats separately (mostly the outer jacket over other layers, as the inner coat is not waterproof), wear them together, and I also have a vest that I often wore underneath the outer jacket for warmth, without extra warmth or bulkiness if it wasn't needed. But there were times where both coats were definitely needed, and they kept me warm! I also plan to wear this as my new ski coat this winter. It comes in several colors, and I imagine that anyone would be able to find one that they like. I only wish that the hood was a bit larger. It doesn't extend very far over your face, so it doesn't create much of a shield from the rain, and you probably would not be able to wear a helmet underneath it.

First off. I did not try this outside. I tried it on, took the liner out and tried on each. So I've no clue how rain tolerable it is.The quality for price is questionable. The outer shell on its own would probably make a really nice jacket, fits nice, looks decent, lots of pocket space. The inner winter jacket part is....lacking. it's thin and feels not great, somehow bulky for how thin it is, it's short and only has shallow pockets. It just wouldn't hold up to what I'd be using it for.Together, it's snug fitting, and the clasps that hold the inner piece to the shell paired with the elastic wrist bands make taking the jacket off difficult. The part that is confusing..the inner layer has to be turned inside out to be able to zip into the shell..so you have to plan that in advance or resign yourself to getting soaked if you're wearing the liner and want to put the shell over. You'd have to stop, take off the jacket, turn inside out, locate all the clasps and zippers and then put it on and get wet from the inside? No sense. I've never had a 3 in 1 like that. I'm returning it as the design isn't suited for what I need.

This jacket is really nice. It fits somewhat true to size, but with little room to add layers. I would not want to size up as I think it would look bulky based on the cut/style. I’m a little disappointed that I can’t wear a sweatshirt under this because I think I will need another layer when it’s truly freezing outside. However, there is a nice amount of shoulder room and flexibility without sacrificing the streamlined look, which is super important in a coat. So often the shoulders are restricting, but not so with this jacket. Huge bonus for roominess in the shoulders. The style is nice. It is a shorter length, but perfect for being active outside. If you are over 6ft it won’t fit well because the tailoring of the waist seems intended for more average height. The arms are nice and long but not extreme, perfect for someone somewhat tall. There is an elastic cord that is adjustable at the hem. Since the hem hits right at the hips this isn’t super useful to me. Maybe I’m missing something 🤷🏼♀️I LOVE the 3 in 1 design. It’s ingenious. Perfect for packing for a trip, or a day out with the kids. I expect to get a ton of use out of this coat in all seasons. The outer shell seems like the perfect raincoat. The hood is generous, thin but very insulating somehow, and just the right size, not too small or large. I’d say I have a small to average sized head and a long neck to give some perspective. The outer shall also has its own pockets and features and feels like a finished garment unlike some wind breakers. I’m very impressed. It’s truly it’s own jacket. When worn alone, it would be easy to fit a nice thick sweater or hoodie under the shell, giving you even more options. The shell does have a bright logo for the brand, which isn’t exactly a name brand, so some may not like that in terms of style. It looks nice, but also advertises that it’s a cheaper brand sooooo 😬🤔 Another minor things is that the Velcro is strong but just feels a little cheap on opening and closing. I think it will actually be durable, it’s just a little detail that may or may not be a positive. If it holds up well who cares! It’s not visible to anyone other than the wearer. The inner jacket is also nicely made and a coat in its own right. I’d call this a “car jacket”... warm enough for driving and running errands, not warm enough alone for winter, unless it’s a windless, sunny day. It does get quite cozy like a puffer jacket but without the bulk. Very lightweight and packs up small. It attaches in an easy neat way to the shell. I like how it zippers onto the shell and then small flaps hide the zippers. The zipper pulls are a 360 degree style which is a nice touch. The coat generally just feels more expensive than it is, with nice attention to detail.Overall, this feels like a great value for the dollar. I wish the waist was just a bit longer and that it was a hair roomier and warmer, but I expect it will work well for most of my needs. In fact, I think it will be even more versatile than I had anticipated. The details are all there. Good amount of pockets. Plenty of thought went into this design and I’d say it’s worth it if you’re of average height.

Amazing. I ordered a size up because of all the layers I would be wearing underneath. Fits well and good workmanship.
