My old keys were pretty beat up by a previous owner. Local Porsche dealer didn't have any available, so this was cheaper and faster. The paint match is really good. The only difference is the replacement has slightly less metal flake, so it's not as sparkly. In any case, really happy so far, hope they'll hold up better too.

My fellow reviewers stating that the chrome piece does not fit are not quite correct. It does fit, but it takes a bit patience and wiggling to get it to lock in the front edge. At first mine seemed to not fit either, but then i got it to click. I used it on 2 fobs.

This key fob replacement cover has a great over build quality with nice glossy sides and chrome finished middle section. The plastic used looks and feels good and free of major defects. The fit is also very good and it was a relatively easy task to replace the worn down housing on my key fob and replace it with a new cover. The sides are glossy and smooth, which is different than the soft touch material use on Porsche key fobs. However, I was able to use a cover that matches the colour of my car, instead of just a generic black colour of the original. I would recommend watching a video of how to replace the key fob cover just so you don't do any damage to the internals of the key fob.
