Installed on my Can-Am. Perfect fit, but will not lock in place. Steering column moves up and down while driving, very dangerous.

There were no instructions in the package, so you need to figure how it goes together and how to adjust it. Works 100% fits well, and operates nicely.

I installed this shock for the tilt steering on my 2018 can am commander. It fit perfectly and first impression is good. It seems to lock in different locations better then the original one ever did. Its a good strong shock that moves smoothly and locks solid. Can’t comment regarding longevity as I haven’t driven the machine yet. As of now I would recommend rather than spending quadruple for the brp one. Hope this might help someone

This product is far superior to the stock one. Much smoother slide action and a longer range of travel. Honestly it’s much nicer than the stock OEM unit.

Works, better feel than oem. Replaced rubber boot from stock one. Debated this because it holds moisture, stock one was all rusted underneath. Looks better with the boot. Price was good for part.
