this product is a very coarse and primitive soilless mix I use cocoa core for my indoor gardens but what I use is a fine cleaned easy to use product this product is not any of those this product is a very coarse and primitive mix I found tons of bark looks like the whole coconut tree was ground up . large chunks of questionable material I did not use this as I was afraid I would find all types of parasites and bugs. so instead of using it on my kindergartens I put it outside in my flower beds where it was very helpful in breaking up the compact soil and gave it new breathable mixture which was very helpful. I probably won't purchase this item again and it was a good lesson for me to stick with a product that I am comfortable with and have used before

Quick, easy potting I order a lot of them,I love them that much,time saving for the green houses.Easy to use,dampened with water.way you go use your fertilizers.Big beautiful blooms ,good starters.Good for small spaces or large applications.You can add soil too to these blocks if you likehappy with them,I would like to see Medium quantity of 20,I bought the large size.Still will keep them on hand.Very useful.Versatile.

We just recently ripped out the railroad ties and put a retainer wall type flower box in our front yard. It's bigger now. The soil needed some refreshing and some bulking up. Between this stuff, mulch, manure and perlite as well as letting the soil rest under a cover it should recoup and be ready for planting by spring. Eventually the coconut shredds will deteriorate into the soil and give it nutrition. But for now it will lighten up the soil and hold in moister. It also helps environmentally. It's a byproduct of the coconut industry. It also takes the place of peetmoss and helps with CO2 release. Less CO2 is sequestered from the air when the Peet bogs are harvested. The coconut shreds do everything peetmoss does for the soil.

I purchased this for my potting materials and it is great value for your money. I break it up and mix it into my soil mixes. I would definitely buy it again.

Arrived on time and well packaged.Really nice mix of course and fine. Hydrate well. Good quality for the price. Very happy with product.Would order again if needed, but shipping cost is a bit much added to price.
