Your cart is empty.The EarlyGrow 93807 heavy duty oversized herb and seed propagator is designed for use in the germination of seeds protection of young seedlings in an environment which optimizes conditions for germination and growth. The vented lid and height extensions allow for control of humidity during germination and when closed can preserve moisture and heat improving results. The clear dome will not reduce the effectiveness of grow lights nor degrade under UV light. The lid and height extension can be used outdoors for direct sewn seeds during the early and late season protecting the seeds and young seedlings from cold or inclement weather. It is easy to add additional height extensions to permit plants to mature both indoor or outdoors in a sheltered environment. The height extensions can be easily assembled and disassembled using the provided hardware for compact storage when not in use. Non toxic, the 93807 is a friend to organic gardeners.

The quality is exceptional; design/build/fit is perfect; ability to customize is a huge bonus; excellent transparency; no air leaks!This material is some heavy duty stuf …It doesn't bend AT ALL! The lid and extenders are beautifully clear, and the base is sturdy enough to hold FORTY pounds!The design is the best I’ve ever seen. The lid and extenders sit ON the lip - but the genius here is that it is designed more like an “h” than an “L” which allows all of the condensation to drip back INTO the box. All the pieces fit perfectly with no air leaks. And since there are no air leaks, I believe 100% humidity is achievable just because of how well this is designed.I simply love the ability to customize the height as your plants grow because (depending on what/how you’re growing) some simply need that kind of space. I can already tell this is going to be a game-changer for growing out my aquatic plants! I’ll be able to use this to convert my plants to their terrestrial form so I have “mother” plants all around the house for whenever I need some plants in a new aquarium.*** NOTE TO COMPANY: The *only* thing that could possibly be an improvement is to have a couple of GOOD grow-light strips mounted in/on the lid. I’ve seen the manufacturers of the cheapest flimsy propagators integrate lights, so I know you guys can!

La verdad es que el producto en sí es perfecto. MUY buenos materiales, se ve que son durables y que sirven para el largo plazo (se siente que fueron hechos para durar toda la vida). Lo único malo es el precio, muy caro, pero creo que lo valen (ya compré 2)…

After several seasons of using those flimsy seedling trays with the shallow lids, I came across this product on Amazon. It was quite expensive, but definitely meets my requirements. 1) A stiff bottom tray that will not break or bend with a load of water laden peat moss pellets. 2) A domed lid that provides enough clearance to allow tomato plants to grow tall over a period of 6-8 weeks. 3) A domed lid that was manufactured with strong plastic and does not easily come off in breezy conditions. 4) Vents on the domed lid to allow heat to escape during the morning until I wake and remove the top. 5) Allow me to bring the tomato seedlings outside to harden during the day when temperatures are above 0c. It also gives the plant a chance to grow stronger before being transplanted into the garden. Reduces chance of frost at night and they have a better chance of surviving slug attacks. So far I've been very happy with the product. It is well designed though I do wonder how well the plastic bolt/nuts will last. I would have preferred that the height extensions be a single plastic instead of 4 separate pieces that require assembly. If the bolts/nuts do break, I can certainly replace them with brass ones from the hardware store. I had no issues with the lid not fitting correctly to the tray unlike other posters. I can see this occurring if the side extensions were not bolted together and aligned properly. The openings where the bolts go through are actually slits to provide a bit of play. If I can find larger peat moss pellets > 42mm pucks I will be able to start tomato seedlings 8+ weeks indoors giving me an even bigger head start on the growing season.

It is thick clear plastic, should last me years. I like the seated lip design, as it gives a little more protection to the plants inside from external threats. The clips though effective especially if the container doesn't move much could be of better quality as I can see them easily being bumped off in transport or near high traffic areas. Also as I mentioned in the title though, the price is a bit steep. It just is at the moment. But as with all things a few well thought out upgrades general and crop specific. I have a couple in mind I can guarantee no one has thought of yet hint hint... a competitor could easily take over the market if they ever picture what I envision. yada yada yada haha all in all I still give it a 5 stars across the board for pioneering a great product.

They're a bit more on the expensive side for plastic but... they get the job done. Being able to keep my plants in these has been a breeze and I always try to keep some space open; If I forget to water one of my house plants... they can go into this box with some water on the bottom and within a couple days they're perked back up and ready to go again.

2021 - Bought 2 of these. Easy to put together by 1 person. All parts required in the package (including plastic screwdriver). The plastic is pretty solid, i can put items on top to save space. Reusable and easy to disassemble for storage. Fit from one panel to the next does not seem to have gaps. I bought another one a few weeks after. I used first set with 3 extensions, 2nd set 1 extension for the freshly sprouted plants. Hard top allows me to put anything on top to save space on my kitchen table. Very happy with both purchases.Feb 2022 - bought a 3rd one to prepare to sprout some of mu seeds for upcoming season. Was disappointed a bit on the 3rd order as the green came broken. I’m not removing a star but would like more quality control in future orders. It looked like the crack was not due to shipping but likely already there prior to shipment. Looking at the plastic it came in, there were no additional pieces of plastic that would indicate break during shipment. So it’s either at the time of manufacturing, or boxing, or it was before leaving the warehouse. Pic posted. The dome propagator is big and cumbersome to have to return, rebox and send back. I spoke to Amazon customer service and proposed a small partial credit for broken bin as all other parts were intact besides and usable. Where the crack was situated, it was not a lost cause. Armed with duct tape, glue gun, and patience, i was still able to fix the cracked corner to make it usable, and still provide the seal expected of a domed propagator. I could also opt to throw away the bin (if I wanted) and only use the cover and extenders but why waste the bin if fixable? Although my glue gun work aint pretty in the slightest, but who cares. It’s for plants and will just get more wear and tear later. For the most part, the integrity is still there, and I was able to play with my mini glue gun. I do wish better quality control will be implemented in the future. This is a good product overall. Receiving broken items will make other buyers steer clear of purchasing as 1 bad experience will do it for 1st time buyers. Fortunately, I have received 2 previous ones with no hitch, so I find the quality of the 3rd order was an “oddity”.

Item arrived quickly and was well packed. Easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The 2 extenders are excellent and will suffice for starting larger plants. Very nicely made and well finished. Everything fits together easily without requiring any adjustment and tool included to tighten screws. 10 minutes to assemble.Price is a little high but acceptable. I noticed that the price varies by $50 from week to week which is of concern and makes one wonder what the real price should be. I would not be happy if by chance I bought this on a high price day. This is why I have deducted one star from my review. Someone is playing games with pricing.The top cover could use some sort of handle or side grips as it is very smooth and can be awkward to remove, but this is a minor issue.

These things are great! Second one we've purchased because we liked the second one so much. Cut a notch in the pan to run the cord of the heat mat through. Some people have complained that they have trouble fitting the tops. Be sure that you have the lip on the sides all the same, if you don't it will be a wonky fit. With two we've been able to have a true miniature greenhouse using four sections and a top.

Great product for a good price. I like the ability to stack the sides as your seedlings grow.I have a few different types of domes for my 10/20 trays, this is larger and is far superior in quality. Easy to put together.I liked my first one so much I bought another one.
