Arrived with half of the threaded inserts (the "nut" side of the screws used to hold the file to the wooden body) already falling out. Glued those back in, but then when I went to use it I noticed it was digging into the neck. Checked the file and it's slightly bent in a curve, making the less aggressive side dig in at the ends, and the aggressive side only touch in the middle.It's past my return window so I'll keep trying to make it work, but if I had my time back I'd pick a different one

One of the threaded inserts arrived damaged so one of the set screws couldn't move. The angles listed are also incorrect. Instead of 35, 23, and 3 degree angles it has two 27 degree angles and one 3 degree angle.
