Found it underwhelming. The choppy trem that happens if you press down too soon after hitting a note is not what in was looking for. I’ll stick with my freeze pedal

Too expensive for what it does (which isn't much) so I returned it. Simply put... Not useful for performance. Perhaps OK for bedroom noodling if you are burdened with too much money.Loops are glitchy, and they admit that in the instructions by putting the onus on user timing.I would describe this pedal as a failed implementation of a great concept. If it was a car I would car it a Cadillac with a Fiat engine.I give it two stars because it looks good.

Even though I've only recently purchased this pedal, I feel that I've only scratched the surface of it's capabilities. There's a world of possibilities in this pedal...and that feels like an understatement. The four knob controls (blend, sustain, rise and tail) have wide parameters and the touch sensitivity of the pedal itself has the feel of a fine musical instrument. From smooth chord connection and the overlapping of chords (hitherto only possible on a piano) to building layers of sound (up to 5), this is not a one trick pony. Spend a few hours with it and let your musical mind revel in the possibilities. Not to go unnoticed, the pedal has an elegant look and is built like a tank.

The question that people seem to be discussing here is whether this pedal is, in fact, a gamechanger. My own response would be yes because it can change your approach to your instrument, especially for guitar. My Plus arrived 2 days ago and I've spent about 8 hours becoming familiar with it. It took me two hours to go from "I think I might have made a mistake buying this" to "I'd better buy another one right away in case something happens to this one!" (Which I'm doing.) Others here have noted how solid the manufacture is (and it is -- flawless, as far as I can see). However, the thing that makes this device exceptional is the design of the user interface. I've previously used another sustainer and it was a struggle to control it. With the Plus, once you get the hang of "attack and then pedal" (instead of "attack and pedal at the same time"), it is remarkably easy to control. The quality of resultant sound is exceptional -- same as originating instrument. The pedal itself (not the whole device, but the thing you actually press down on) is solid and has exactly the right amount of resistance. I play pedal steel and this reminds me of the pedal action on a great steel -- smooth and even. Knob operation is clear and accessible. The settings are so varied that possibility of getting different sounds seems endless -- I imagine I'll be growing into the Plus for a few months. This pedal is worth every penny. It's a real technical and musical accomplishment.

Had to use two amps to get any performance . Not a lot of instructions for a pedal that is hard to place in your pedal chain. Effect works but its pretty subtle. Nicely made, looks expensive and it is expensive.
