Irrigation Fertilizer Injector

The working principle of the jet:

  • Under the high-speed rotation of the pump impeller, the liquid is ejected from the nozzle at a high speed. When the high-speed flowing liquid passes through the mixing chamber, a vacuum is formed in the mixing chamber. A large amount of air is sucked in through the air duct. The throat is mixed with the liquid vigorously to form a gas-liquid mixture, which is discharged by the diffuser. The air rises in the water as tiny bubbles, forming an efficient material transfer during the whole process. It can disinfect and purify sewage.

Description:

  • When the fluid flows through the venturi tube, that will bring vacuum. The fluid caused the vacuum is recognized as moving fluid. For the irrigation injector, the moving fluid is the irrigation water. The vacuum produced by venturi tube imbibe fertilizer and chemical into moving water. Venturi tube is drived by water, namely they drive by the main irrigation tube pressure. Operating energy of these device can reduce the irrigation water load of water pipeline.

Installation Instructions:

  • 1. The venturi-type fertilizer injector is installed in parallel with the water supply control valve at the entrance of the irrigation system of the irrigation system. When in use, the control valve is closed to form a pressure difference before and after the control valve, so that your fertilizer dissolved in the water can be sucked into the Venturi The inside-type fertilizer injector then flows into the water supply pipeline.
  • 2. Using the vacuum suction generated by the water flow through the venturi tube, the fertilizer solution is evenly sucked into the pipeline system from the open fertilizer bucket for fertilization. Make your operation more convenient and simple.
  • 3. If the fertilization concentration is stable, no additional power is needed, which saves your time and resources!
  • 4. According to the crops and irrigated area, select the corresponding fertilizer injector, too large or too small is not conducive to effective fertilization.
  • 5. If you are not sure, select the smaller size and install it in parallel with the fertilizer injection kit and install it in parallel with the main pipeline. Adjust the valve to control the water volume to achieve fertilizer injection; if it is determined that the fertilizer injection device is too small, you can adjust the water volume through the valve to achieve fertilization by extending the time Purpose.
  • 6. Install the fertilizer applicator in the pipeline in parallel.
  • 7. The water flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the fertilizer applicator, otherwise it will not work properly. The ball valve on the main pipe should be able to make minor adjustments to achieve proper working conditions. When installing, make sure that there is no air leakage at the connection part, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the fertilizer applicator.

3/4" venturi paired with a 1/6HP pump worked well and pulls in air. Needed more flow so I tried the 1". The design is a bit different inside, so the 1" doesn't function and just pushes out water from the inlet. Probably needs more pressure.
