EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY Jeep Train Horn!!! Its WELL MADE, and EASY to work through the holes and bends of being used in a vehicle!! I purchased a Train horn set-up here: and the tubing that came with it was DEFINITELY LACKING!! I submitted my review about the horn, and in the review I said that I was NOT going to send it back, I was going to USE it!! I got the QUALITY parts that it SHOULD have come with in the beginning, and I also bought ALL of the correctly sized couplers and adapters to connect from the horn compressor to the Quad horns under the hood. Today I FINALLY was able to seal the leaks with a hose that connects with a threaded end(this Baby here!), instead of a "shark bite" push on coupler which DOES NOT HOLD UP to 150lbs of air pressure- THEY LEAK!!!After running the hose where I needed it, connecting everything with thread tape, and then tightening it al down FIRMLY; I now have a sealed system that works LOUDLY; AND HOLDS PRESSURE!!

Great quality - fair price. Just wish I'd bought a 50' instead but that's on me for not realizing what I actually needed for my retractable hose real when I upgraded to this hose. I'll likely buy another.

t only promlem i have with this hose is that it reeks of some chemical smell! im leaving it out side it smell s so bad! i havent used it yet we will see how long it takes for the smell to go away then ill hook it up !

Assembled this hose with two quick connect brass fittings. I used two wraps of teflon tape that I had on hand on the threads before assembly. Fittings threaded on securely with no issues and no leaks up to 150psi (the maximum pressure of my pancake compressor). Hose appears to be good quality, good durability, and good flexibility. Good value for the price paid. I chose a 25 ft 3/8" hose because it was going to be long enough for most of my projects, and should have minimal pressure drop over this distance of hose. A longer hose (or smaller diameter) would likely cause too much pressure drop and limit the energy available to my tools. I only measured about a 15psi pressure drop from my compressor through the hose, so it looks like I will have plenty of pressure to run my tools (at 90psi). I believe I will get many years of use out of this hose.
