Quick Install
With a few simple steps Glowshift's 1/8-27 NPT Female to 1/8 BSPT Male Adapter can be installed along with your fuel pressure or oil pressure sending unit. This adapter works with any vehicle type that has these threads. In a matter of no time you’ll be able to connect to your gauge and start taking readings.
Remove the Port Plug
Remove your vehicle’s port plug, making sure there is enough clearance for the 1/8-27 NPT Female to 1/8 BSPT Male Adapter.
Install the Adapter
Thread the 1/8-27 NPT Female to 1/8 BSPT Male Adapter into the vehicle’s stock port, and confirm that it is secure.
Thread In The Sensor
Thread the fuel pressure or oil pressure sensor into the 1/8-27 NPT Female to 1/8 BSPT Male Adapter and tighten.

Worked as described. Love when a seller is honest and trustworthy. Be careful on Amazon, probably more than half the items are not what they are sold as! It’s to bad the site is losing its credibility and suffering a bad reputation because Amazon is concerned more about it’s bottom line than its customers!! Facts!!

We used this to check oil pressure on a 93 4runner 3.0 3vze. Toyotas and other Japanese vehicles have this weird 1/8-28 bsp threads for the oil sender. We removed the sender and used this adapter to temporarily connect a mechanical oil gauge which had 1/8 npt threads. I didn't tighten it too much since it was temporary and I didn't use any sealer. It still didn't leak at all so I don't think you need to go super tight.We were happy to find our oil pressure was good and it seems we have a problem with the dash gauge, wiring, or sender.

Used it to use an existing NPT elbow fitting to run vacuum from a 22R intake manifold. The BSPT side easily snugged up to the intake side and the NPT threads held on the fitting I had nicely with no leaks.
