Does NOT come with the lock ring and gasket. Leaks around the gauge electrical connector.

I finally got the sending unit installed & it does not work. it has no resistance when using an ohm meter to test. I have spoken to Spectra & they say I have to return it for a replacement through the seller. I have all the original packaging &box. how do I proceed? please contact me at mikejbell@hotmail.com . thank you

Put fuel in and gas gauge goes up. What else is it supposed to do?
