My $1500 ($CAD) guitar came with plastic pins. The first thing I did with my new guitar, was change my strings, and swapped out my plastic pins for Graph Tech Tusq pins, and I am happy I did.The pins seem very strong, and hard, for their weight. They sit in my guitar lower than the originals, and the heads are smaller. The strings are firmly held in place with no chance of slipping out. I prefer the way the Graph Tech pins look, over the originals.I hadn’t played my new guitar much before switching pins, but I could hear the improvement immediately. The tone was… sweeter, crisper, and more… resonate. A clear winner in my book. A definite stocking stuffer for my son next Christmas. I highly recommend this Canadian product. I only wish there was an extra pin, and proper case to store pins.

Opened the box to find the pins pack had tape on the sides and previously opened.Pins themselves didn't feel right.I've bought Tusq before and had them on guitars I've bought so I am familiar with them. Not convinced these were Tusq.

Definite improvement over the stock plastic pins on an Epiphone J45. These pins are a little shorter and wider at the top but they still work for me. The pins I received are either used or a returned product as the packaging was previously opened but this was not stated in the ad.

They fit my guitar perfectly. They complete my tusq nubone saddle and nut set. They have more of a « chime » than regular plastic or ebony even brass I’ve tried them all. Pricy but worth it! All my guitars now have them. They fit epiphone, gretsch, Fender and Washburn guitars. They fit mine. Try them out!

The black dots are a little smaller than the Martin ones.They look good.The only issue was that the 6th string wouldn't fit in the slot and there fore they wouldn't seat when thestring was tensioned. I had to use a rifling file to widen it.

A great product but watch your size. I got these for my Takamine 12 string - but what I actually needed was the Tusq Presentation size. I returned these and got the ones I needed. Since they are the same product just different diameter I feel confident saying these will work for you. Really helped the sustain
