This set is good for the price. I think the tongs could be a bit better. I would recommend only using this for gold, the moulds are a bit small.

to small,looks bigger in pictures.white crucible is shallow,not worth 38$tongues r crappy!tongues can't hold hot gold in puny mould,you might get burnt twice,once for buying it and second by hot metals on body.if u want to see good tongues,watch Mr Baker on you tube at mount baker mining and metals.his tongue has 3 fingers to hold a real crucible!this has 1 tiny crucible,dish shaped,which you cant get a good grip on with the tongues provided,there is a graphite mould and a graphite crucible ?.what is the graphite cup for?if its your first time,use a pair of bent needle nose pliers to hold this white crucible,with hot gold in it,to pour!or by better equipment! not hobby stuff!
