The Clevis pins worked good for my purpose. The picture is definitely wrong, it only has 2 ouside holes. The holes in the pins are not normal 1/8" cotter pin size, they are 1/16". I had to drill the holes slightly to fit 1/8 cotter pins. Overall they are holding steady.

Look at the attached picture. The Clevis pin on the left was on our boat for 2 months. Totally rusted. I had a difficult time getting the locking ring out. Do not purchase unless you plan on using it indoors.

As another reviewer stated, the pins that I received also only have 2 holes drilled in them, the farthest 2 holes from the flange end, not 3 holes as advertised. I will be sending them back.

Picture shows model 34728 with 3 holes. What you get when you order is model 34726 with 2 holes. Not what I ordered. Not what I needed. Returned and purchased actual stainless steel ones from e-rigging dot com. They were cheaper and better quality. I just don't have the adjustable option which was just a bonus not a requirement.
