Brought this as a replacement for 2010 Honda Pilot Key Fob and it is fairly easy to install since it came with the screwdriver and even decals to make it look good.However, the plastic was brittle and the case cracked within a month. Guess have to try again with a different supplier as the local dealership wants $100 for replacement.

Easy and good fit. The quality could be better, the fit is a little loose and the durability less than the original. However, for the price it is hard to find too much fault!

The key will only fit one way with the supplied holder for it to line up with the hole on the fob with the key itself.Didn't rate durability as we haven't had the time with it to judge if it will last.Went with this solution to avoid another key cutting charge at $50 a pop. (Key router needed. "Laser" cut)Time will tell if this was the way to go.Inexpensive.

Installation is difficult since it doesn’t fit well. The screw is not like the original one that threads into the metal blade of the key. This screw has to go through the threaded hole of the metal blade and screw into the plastic on the other side. The problem is it doesn’t line up. So had to press hard on both sides to have the screw go in. Once I managed to put it together it didn’t look so bad. The only thing that after few days the plastic crumbled apart and I’m back to square one. Not recommended. It is cheap but doesn’t solve the problem - so actually it is expensive!

It fit my key for my 2007 Honda Fit Sport. This is so much cheaper than going to the dealer to fix a loose key. Additionally, it's actually easy to snap the case back together once you put everything in, you just need to slide the key in to the bottom shell piece and then snap them together.Edit: One thing I forgot to mention is that the included screwdriver is pretty terrible if the screw in your key is even moderately stubborn to get out. Really easy to strip the screwdriver, so be careful if you don't have an alternative.

Fixed both my broken civic keys. Almost as good as the original, even comes with a little Honda sticker. Fit isn’t perfect but it’s pretty close and seems sturdy. Easy to install old fob into new case. Obviously you still need your original FOB, this is only for replacing broken casing. Very small price to pay to fix a huge pain in the ass of having cracked key case without shelling out $150 for a dealer key. Bonus is you don’t even need to cut a new key.

Bought this as my Honda civic key broke away from the fob.The good... with some careful manipulation the fob components and transponder easily transfers to this new case. Most importantly the key/transponder works.Comes with a little glue on Honda sticker.The bad: not an exact fit ... after lots of trying the screw holes didnt line up perfect resulting in the case not being 100% flush leaving a small gap...Having said that MUCH better than a broken key detached from the fob so overall I'm happy.
