Husky straight couplers are built to the highest industry standards, tested and certified to meet VESC Reg. V-5, SAE Erg. J-684F. For increased safety, each Husky straight coupler includes a safety pin as an additional means of securing the ball clamp in a locked position (safety pin is required to be used at all times) and a safety chain to eliminate loss of the safety pin. The quick release assembly allows for fast and safe locking and unlocking of the ball clamp for convenient hook-up and disconnect. Sleeve packaged.

Added it to my polar 1500 trailer, for ATV.Do you need to buy the mounting hardware which is two bolts that are 3 inches long and a half inch in diameter. Also will need 2 lock washers and 2 lock nuts 1/2 and you’ll be good to go. I would recommend on trailers using the slightly hardened bolts with 3 hash marks at the top

Je suis vraiment satisfait, je voulais passer de 1' 7/8 à 2' . Ils était impossible de le trouver au canadian tire, bmr. Oui il n'avait un au magasin de remorque mais au gros prix de 100$ et plus. Je le recommande sans hésitation .

Great coupler. Very solid feeling. I used it to replace a 1 7/8" coupler so I didnt have to switch balls to take the jetski out after ive taken the boat out. Its easier to have one ball size.The coupler was about 1/8" wider than the 2" square tube I attached it to, but that left room for my ground wire connector. The holes didnt kine up with the 1 7/8" coupler holes so I drilled some new ones.Great product and I would recommend it.

It seems to be a good rugged coupler, haven't installed it yet though. I was expecting the safety chains to be in the box when I opened it, they weren't unless the chain they were talking about is the one on latch clip.But for the price I'm not too upset about my purchase and will do again for my next trailer project.
