I am towing for years and had to change hitches all the time due to quality and different trailers. I have this hitch now for exactly one year and this has been a game changer for my towing. I have had different trailers with different ball hght and size requirement and this hitch has been easy to adjust. There are days im not pulling a trailer and it easily stows away in seconds.. I keep tge pins lubricated especially in winter as they tend to get stuck in winter with slush. And freezing. The pins and clips are secure and cant be pulled by the safety chain as someone indicated here.The hitchball will wear with time so keep them lubricated as well but this is with any hitch.The quality and design justify the price and i would recommend and buy this hitch over and over.
