Fixed my broken Xbox controller, too many hours of Eldon ring I guess.i like that the kit come with two sets of replacements and tools to get the job done.make sure to watch a good tutorial on how to open the controller.

I had a frozen LB (likely the result of throwing the controller). Anywho, I followed the instructions in the installation video and was up and running in around 5 minutes. Installation was very straight forward, the hand grip panels take a little wrestling but that's really the hardest part. I purchased the black replacement buttons which look almost identical the the original stock ones. After inspecting the old part I could see where the spare had broken off causing the button to no longer function. Time will tell how it these hold up but for now overall really satisfied.

Not easy to change, but better than buying a new controller. Once installed, it feels like new.

A clip on one of the bumpers came broken and is unusable. The quality of the plastic feels noticably cheaper and the piece is over all slightly smaller than the original. Overall not satisfied with the product quality for the price.
