I have my dog the old chicken and pumpkin snack and then discontinued it so this was a replacement. They’re called meal toppers now and they’re gross. I cancelled my subscribe and save for this item.

The tuna recipe is his favorite, and I love that it's made with wholesome ingredients like natural tuna and chicken. It's a balanced treat packed with vitamins and minerals, perfect for keeping him hydrated with its high moisture content. Plus, it's low in calories, which is great for his diet. I like that it's free from grains, preservatives, and artificial colors. Whether used as a training reward or a food topper, it's a delicious addition to his meals that he absolutely loves.

Our puppy will eat her kibble if she's really hungry, but we otherwise find ourselves adding a little something to it to entice her (eggs, real chicken, peas, corn...things of that sort). This churu meal topper works just as well (if not better than) those other items. One benefit of this over those is that she will occasionally pick through just what she wants with those other items. Here she can't really do that. The packet is obviously very convenient as well. We've just followed the instructions of giving her a little less kibble and spread one of the packets in with that.This product does have a bit of a stronger smell than her regular food, but it's not something that has really bothered me. I'm obviously not eating it, she doesn't seem to mind, and it doesn't permeate throughout the house or anything.I'm very happy we picked up this product and recommend it, especially if you have a picky eater.

My girl was doing little tappity dances in circles of excitement when we opened this to put on her food tonight. This particular variety didn't have any sort of offensive smell, it just sort of smelled chickeny. It is kind of orangy from the pumpkin and we do feed a little canned pumpkin from time to time for digestive benefits so that's a favorite ingredient for my pupper. She absolutely gobbled her food and danced around so happily after. So this is a winner for our girl! The consistency is very liquid and soupy and coated the food well without any need to stir or mix it. The tubes are very easy and convenient to use. For her I can use a quarter to a half a tube as a good topper portion for her size so we're not adding too many extra calories. Then I fold it over and store it the fridge in a reusable container. She has recently been a little slow and reluctant to eat since her sister's recent passing. This has her back on track with her feeding and I'm happy to see her feeling happy.

Both my very picky dogs love the taste of this. And both refuse to swallow any meds. So I cut the pill in quarters smother it in this great stuff and they love it. Even my pickiest who usually spots out anything unknown to her .
