Great product considering how hard it is to find real ESD products and not silicone non conductive mats that actually cause damage instead of protecting. The only strangeness is that the seller claims to be Canadian while shipping from Florida with a California phone number. When asked for an explanation the seller ghosted me. Don’t claim to be from Canada if you’re not.

It gave the dimensions but somehow it just isn't big enough for a full size PC tower lay on. Wiosh they made a bigger one.

Wrong plugDespite being on a UK it's a non-uk plug. Useless to me.Mat and strap seem ok but I've still got to order a new plug :-(

this product is really good i built my first pc with this and it does the job. i only have it a four star as it was shipped with the us plug so i had to buy a uk plug so i could use it but around a week later the company contacted me and realised the mistake and refunded me the money from the new plug. definitely would recommend and the customer service is amazing and hassle free.
