Very reasonably priced and installed OK, but not correct clock position for steering wheel, suspect this is a RHD shaft soft for LHD application

Installed this on 2011 LR4. (Original just had a worn u-joint.) Fine for first ten minutes then the steering wheel started drifting off centre. After 30-40 minutes of driving the steering wheel was off by almost 45 degrees each way from excess play in rubber coupler section. Ultra low quality rubber softened so much, (normal underhood heat) it allowed the coupling rivets to elongate their holes almost 30 degrees. At that rate, total rubber joint failure probably less than 2 hours. This is a completely unsafe product. I do not recommend.

Had this part installed and it caused a dead zone in the steering that was not present before. There is too much play in the joint.

labwork Lower Steering Shaft for Land Rover Sport LR4 LR3# LR071147 QMN500250 are close to OEM but will need a bit of tweeking to work properly. Also make sure you tighten the coupler bolts up before installing. It cost me an extra 11/2hr labor because of the tweeking to make work correctly
