How to Start
Stape 1
Begin with 6-8 inches of tape (before and after) where the graphic will be cut and lay down Cutting Tape. Apply the film over the tape, leaving the lead and tail tape visible.
Stape 2
Fold the start of the tape back over itself approximately 3 inches. Press thumb firmly on folded edge, covering at least 1/2 inch of tape.
Stape 3
Firmly grasp the end of the tape with your thumb and index finger. Start with your two thumbs 1/2 inch apart. Bring thumbs together and give the tape a quick snap, breaking the carrier tape and exposing the filament (line). Pull the line back and not upward, stopping before the edge of the graphic.
Stape 4
Fold the filament over the graphic. Press your thumb over both the filament and the graphic edge. Gently tug the filament to start cutting into the graphic, continuing to pull the line back and not upward. Remove the carrier tape from under the film.

extremely short roll. The tape had a hard time sticking to the car and panels. And it was extremely difficult to break the thread and cut the knifeless tape.

Tried to use on premium (Read: Thin) Avery dennison vinyl. Snapped instead of cutting no matter how I tried. Was easier/cleaner to just use a #11 hobby knife.

It works. but string breaks a lot leaving you with more headaches. Spend the extra money and by the 3 m it's well worth it.

For a first timer I was not willing to spend $20+ on a 33ft roll, so I ordered this one to give it a shot and learn along the way… I watched a couple of YouTube videos on how to use knife less tape and some tips, and wow!!! This product is amazing!! It worked perfectly for my taillight tinting project, I honestly couldn’t believe how easy it is to use it!Highly recommend it, specially if you don’t want to pay for the other name brand product, this one is great!

While at first this tape gave me a good impression as the adhesion seemed pretty good, it quickly went downhill. The string in this tape is very weak and breaks with even the tiniest bit of force applied. It ended up denting and ruining the edge of the vinyl instead of actually cutting into it; starting the cut with a scissor/knife myself helped a bit, but the string didn't get far before snapping and the cut was not very clean. It could barely cut through one layer of vinyl, let alone two.

Le produit est correct sans plus. Il adhère relativement bien sur les surfaces métalliques mais pas du tout sur les matières plastiques. Il découpe relativement bien avec quelques imperfections qui ne paraisse pas trop. Il m’a fallu faite plusieurs essais avant de bien utiliser le ruban de découpe. Soyez avisé qu’On ne peut par faire de courbe très prononcé avec ce produit.

Payed for 50M of tape and only received a roll that was 15M! Of course I bought it in advance for a project I would be doing so now the return window is closed.Great tape but the seller obviously put a smaller roll into a box that was 50M. Avoid this seller!
