These are great to hold the rod, and prevent it from getting damaged.Makes transporting to car and boat easy, and keeps things smaller.Multi-size on each one can accommodate different size rods.

I have seen these and wondered how well they work. I think they work better on bigger rods. They are ok but they won’t work well on a light or ultra light rod. They work well on my salmon n steelhead rods which are bigger in diameter.Fun colors and easy to use.

Looks and feels sturdy, using them now and am glad i made this purchase as it protects the fishing rods from banging into each other when they are in the bag. I recommend this product.

The slots in the holders are too large to grip a common fishing rod, the rods simply fall apart. These might be good if you're trying to secure very large diameter trolling or salt water rods.

These work pretty well for my 8.5' two-piece rod, but only just barely. The larger middle "slot" is still a little small for the thicker part near the base of the rod, and it feels like it's always just about to pop off. Seems to hold fairly well if I use two of them a little closer together out at the narrower end of the rod, but that seems awkward, like it's not balanced right or something. Maybe it's more an aesthetic thing for me than a functional issue. Super easy to use, non-marking on the fishing gear, and no risk of getting tangled up like with velcro straps.They are substantial in size and weight, and made of what appears to be a resilient, sturdy rubber or vinyl material. No worry to this point about wear after a couple of months of use. The bright yellow color makes them easy to find in a bag or tackle box.Again, wish they felt a little more secure, but overall well worth the investment.

i tried it for multiple rods. It is not hard enough to keep the rod pieces in place so they will keep on coming out and you need to put at least 2 in one rod set to keep them in place. Not worth your money. It's a nice novelty but doesn't does its job well.

Purchased these hoping they would work to keep a fishing rod end safe in a soft sided case. It is a gift and expensive so I needed to make sure that it would be safe. It does take two to secure a foldable rod but it has multiple sizes and really easy to use. Will use the others to secure rods that store in the boat…
