Decent setup, pretty sturdy for a direct drive setup. Biggest downfall is the adjustable sliding seat only will lock in the most forward 2 positions and just slides in any position past that.

All in all, this is a great rig, got pretty much everything you want from a racing rig and the chair is fantastic. However, I use full tm-gt2 set, including e break and h shifter, and the slot dedicated for the e break and shifter is rather small. If you want to have the shifter on your right and then e break, you have to use a bit of creativity to extend the slot further out so that your finger will not be bumping into seat or the e break handle(it hurts)Now the whole slot droops a little but the setting itself is solid, I am happy. If you don't use e break, you are golden, if you are planning to use tm e break with the e break extension, you have been warned

Okay so, before you read my review you should know this. I bought this with my own hard earned money. It wasn’t sent to me for free, and even it was, I probably would have sent it back all the same. There are a lot of issues with this rig, and many more with the support team. Fortunately my experience allowed me to learn a lot about this stuff, so I hope me sharing it will help you. This is what is called a prefab, or prefabricated rig. It means many of the pieces are welded together, then thrown in a box with some bolts and you assemble it.I suppose that’s where I’ll start. The assembly is easy. However, it’s a nightmare too. While it’s easy to assemble the product if you know what you’re doing or which items to use, it’s easy. The instructions however, including the instructional video, do NOT point out the specific order and items (like washers in this case) you need to use for assembly. The only way I picked up on this discrepancy is watching their setup video, which also didn’t say anything about washers, even though the guy assembling it was clearly using them.So if you’re not careful, the act of using the M8 bolts alone on the relatively thin beams of metal that make up the various beams on this rig will lead to them bending, causing irreparable damage to the rig and compromising its structural integrity. There are NO instructions for how tight to fasten the bolts down either, just a note to not over tighten them. How can someone not over tighten a bolt if you don’t tell them how tight is too tight? The downside to not tightening down enough (especially with a strong DD wheel) is that the front end rattles like crazy. But if you tighten too much then you risk damage. The next issue is mounting the wheels. While it’s nice that wheels are included here, they are small and the brakes on them are nearly impossible to use with your foot because they too, are tiny. They are also incredibly time consuming to put on because the only way to do so is tightening a bolt on each, which you can only do with a small, flimsy wrench which is provided. The seat itself was actually decent. It’s not even fake leather but a vinyl type material which is just ok. It’s a bit tight for a guy my size but doable (I’m 6’2”, 270lb, 44” waist). The whole cockpit does feel a little cramped for me. But again, it’s passable. The big issue is not with the seat however. But with the seat sliders. This is the reason I ultimately reached out and a gentleman named Jake finally got back to me after 3+ days of waiting. There was a lot of back and forth, and despite him being friendly with me, and sending me a pair of replacement sliders, no instructions or support was provided by him or the company on how to properly and safely install them. I had to initiate this support ticket because when I pressed on my load cell brake, the teeth on the sliders let go, and my seat flung back with force - about 3-4 inches, nearly hurting my cat who was exploring behind the rig. After a while of trying to figure it out myself, I realized the screws were installed from the other side and virtually inaccessible, even with the sliders moved to the opposite direction. I then found one of the bolts had been completely stripped, which basically completely stopped me in my tracks because I could t even get in to drill it out. This was pretty much the last straw for me and I chose to return the rig after painstakingly disassembling all of it and putting it carefully back into its original box.A few days after another gentleman named Logan emailed me and asked how he could help, but it was too late. I told him the same story as I’m sharing here. With all that I’d recommend just getting an entry level aluminum extrusion rig as they are very well made usually. They do take longer to assemble, but there’s a lot of competition so the companies treat their customers with care.In conclusion, I would not at all recommend this product to anyone.

I upgraded to this GT track and wow it's so sturdy, I can do Laos with zero flex. I don't have a hand break or shifter so that part is amazing for holding my beers haha - Love this rig

It took me a weekend to get this thing set up, but it was only a part of my room reorg project (still got some cable management to go 🤦‍♂️). While there were a lot of pieces, everything was pretty straightforward and the material quality was top notch. I also bought the monitor stand and mouse/keyboard tray (sold separately), which just adds to the experience. It showed up in a giant heavy box that I ended up just leaving on the landing. There is a second box inside with all the hardware and parts, the rest of the space is the chair. Do yourself a favor and just carry the chair and smaller box separately, it’ll save your back. The entire frame is very strong and bolted down everywhere. They also included extra support for the pedals and a lot of extra hardware; this thing is a tank. I would be very surprised if any piece of the cockpit breaks before all of my Logitech gear.I can finally drive without worrying about pulling too hard on things or the position of my seat and just focus on what matters. With none of those small distractions, it’s a much more rewarding and immersive experience to race. After racing and drifting in this cockpit, I have found it to be a vast improvement to my previous mobile mount. I had to move the old one over by my desk, connect everything, and then launch Asseto. Now, with a dedicated cockpit, I no longer have to move or setup anything. I use a DisplayPort switch between the sim monitor and my desk monitor so that I only need to press one button to switch back to desk gaming, and a usb hub to allow my Logitech steering setup to always stay connected. If you are looking to set up a dedicated sim station, I would highly recommend this cockpit. It’s a very solid base to build from. The quality of this company’s products have made me rethink the Logitech steering wheel, as it now feels cheap comparatively; I will probably be upgrading to direct drive soon. This cockpit deserves the upgrade.
