Bought this part in July to repair my '02 F-150. Also bought new Dorman mount bushings. Had to ignore the repair in the middle for 8 weeks due to a family matter. Finally got around to trying to complete the work last weekend. Found that the part does not fit. Not even close. See photo. Attempts to contact seller for advice on what to do were a dead end. Contact info was incorrect. DO NOT BUY THIS PART.

The quality fell short on this part, looks like someone used a torch to trim the top edge, no holes/nuts to install trans cooler, only square holes where both impact sensors are suppose to bolt up, driver side upper corner was all bent out of shape, had to rework it to fit, not enough metal at both upper corners to go pass the spot welds that had to be removed, leaving a couple of spot welds unable to weld because the metal did not cover the holes, the bends at top are more like folded metal then clean bends.I made the part work, but for a DIY with little to no body work skills to rework this part might find it difficult.I will not buy this radiator support for my other Expedition, I will pay alittle more for a better quality and proper holes/nuts welded on.

Ordered this radiator support to replace an o.e. that rusted out on a 2000 f150. Fit was good. All threaded bolt holes lined up well. Would have given 5 stars, but the metal did not seem as good as the original, and posed some problems with burn thru while welding. Overall very good product for the price.

Did the job and fit well for what it was. Regardless, this is not an easy job, and it is designed for MANY vehicles with different set ups, so do expect some modification. Even the factory OEM products will require "work" to get them to "Fit". And you are not paying the better part of $1000 to get the part.
