This product does not work at all. I have tried many ways to fix it and nothing will work. My cups come out with swiggley lines and now the rotary will not even move. I have tried to contact some one and I cannot find anyone to contact about the issues. Now I can't get my money back because i've had it for over 30 days. Waste of your money.

If you want to engrave cups and round objects, get this one. Great to engrave Stainless steel Yetti type cups.

Rotary chuck works fine. Setup in LightBurn is straight forward but make sure to follow every point covered in the installation guide. Especially the PS items right on the last page relating to starting position.Only disappointment is the lack of raiser legs required to get the gantry to clear the rotary chuck. The video on the website refers to installing them but does not indicate they are a separate purchase.Overall I’m happy with my purchase.
